So as far as I can tell the Yamaha ABS test couplers are unobtainoum now. I ordered the last one I saw as in stock from a random Yamaha dealer but it turns out they were wrong.
Anyway that said I know it's not completely necessary and I have gone through procedure without but I'm thinking of making my own. I have two questions for the group:
1: Could I see a photo fo the Yamaha ones? I've only seen crapy illustrations. I'm curious how they dealt with the two test leads on it (two terminals are just a looped wire, the other two leads).
2: If I decided to do this I could bulk up and offer them for sale. I haven't even started with this yet but I should be able to source the connector and terminals in bulk if I can figure out what they are. Figure that I could probably make them for no more than $15 shipped for site members possibly less. eBay price would be a bit more. Any interest?
Thoughts?
