Doh! I didn't read your message closely enough. You will still have traction control if you pull either of those ABS fuses. For some reason I was thinking you were asking about shutting of just the ABS.
The only thing the two systems (ABS and TCS) share in common is the wheel speed sensors which are not affected by pulling those fuses. ABS uses a totally separate ECU, so no worries unless you are removing wheel sensors. I'm gonna nuke my original response. :
