Hello and greetings from Slovenia!

Just wanted to say hi. My new baby is finally home after a brutal winter wait.

I have to say this is an excellent forum. I`ve been checking it out all winter long.
So to everyone here: have a magical bike season!

Luka

Welcome on, Shinobi70, and a cold hello to you. Nothing personal, it's just that it was minus 20 here this morning. But almost up to zero right now. Spring is on the way. Good luck with your new purchase, and let's have a look at Slovenia when you get the chance. ::004:: R.

Thanks guys!

Just did my first 600km today and I was loving every moment! ::012:: OK I tested one last August (I did about 450km), but it had just the max soft suspension setting and the tires were almost completely worn out.
So it was not that much fun to ride. But today...OH YES, THANK YOU GOD! ::26::
Coming from FZ6... What a beast S10 really is. First of all the torque, man! And the ride...who would of thought that a touring bike can be ridden so well, so nicely. And completely stock. Aside from the aftermarket blinkers.

And tomorrow we have another sunny day, so I can achieve the first 1000km.

Welcome Luka! You are in a beautiful country for motorcycling.

I was there in 2006 with a group from the V-Strom forum. We stayed in Kranjska Gora one night on the way southeast, and in Bled on the way back. Rode some fantastic twisty roads through the mountains. It would be nice to see it again someday.

Halo for California!

I am a California born Croat (second generation). Lubijana is a must see place on my Bucket list. Have looked at Edelweiss tours through there. You picked a great bike.

Yes, my family is from around Ljubljana.
I`m from Krško, which is 100 km from Ljubljana. I`ve been there this Friday. There are some nice twisty roads (away from the highway of course) that lead to Ljubljana.
So that`s always a good excuse to go there :D

I`m so jealous of you Californians. Riding bikes all year long ::008::
When you come here eventually, be sure to tell me.

Hi Luka

I will be passing through Slovenia on the way to Transylvania in August. Sounds as though I'm in for a good time/
