Making an attempt to figure out all the connections to see if bike is salvageable.
Bought the parts bike here in sale section from Gonzo . (great guy) I decided that since it looks like all parts are there to just see if it will boot up with no real error codes then pull head and or engine and fix it.
Right now I am down to a 60 and a 13 which I know is a misplug of a spark coil and a servo motor.. Going through all the wires and looking in the manual til my eyes bleed checking colors and putting painters tape on the connectors as head and most anything near it is just a pile of plug ends with faded wire colors that seem to somewhat match the manual.
What is the 'switch on the throttle body for. It looks like a hall effect sensor that would be a signal when the throttle is CLOSED.
From reading posts it may be related to cruise control. Just looking for the name so I can verify pluggs via wire colors.
10 down 2000 to go but I think just getting the throttle body plugged correctly may let it boot up to where I can read actual mileage. Thants my goal.
Just to let you guys know I appreciate all the help with everything on my 2018 and this should keep my neediness in check. After this I may be able to give back as far as wiring from memory.
