My wife and I went for another putt on the Bighorn Mountains yesterday ( 8/31/2013 ). Here are a few pics from our adventure .

A putt through the woods and met up with some ATV’s.

It was awful smoky from fires burning in and around Wyoming.

Heading up higher into the mountain. Sorry about the quality of the pictures , my wife was taking them as we ride so there was some camera movement , plus it was very smoky from fires.

This is road 216 ( it’s off of road 10, 10 is also known as Hunt Mountain Road. ) Beautiful ride and stunning scenery. It’s a shame there was so much haze do to the fires. These pictures don’t do this ride justice , it’s just something to see in person.

Our bike at 9.716 above sea level.

Here are the GPS Coordinates to spot where we took a picture of the bike at 9,716 feet. ( N. 44 37 581 x W 107 32 712 )

The Bighorn Mountains is a big place. My wife and I have been living at the base of the Bighorns for 14 years and we still haven't seen the whole mountain. It's our favorite place to ride.

My ancestors immigrated to the U.S. from Quebec . My Grandparents immigrated here from Canada to work in the Textile Mills in Woonsocket , RI. When I got to kindergarten I had a hard time because I didn't speak much English , my whole family spoke French Canadian because my great grandma lived with us and she couldn't speak English. ( she was in her 80's and it was a bit to late for her to learn ). Both my Grandparents spoke french canadian and their dog only understood french. But my grandparents spoke English as well because they had to learn it to move here.
