I had my seat redone by Seth Laam last year. Road my 2014 ES from upstate New York to California...and back This September. I did take my Airhawk with me just in case. Never used it. I have now ridden my bike over 15,000 or so miles on Seth's seat and in my opinion...it is...great! Since I have just "skin-over-bone" for an ass the stock seat was not comfortable. Seth did a great job refiguring the seat.
I would strongly suggest that if you send your seat to him make sure it is when you are not riding your bike. In New York that is about half a year!! The quality of the work was excellent.
