Hipshot,

Just come over here in Washington, there will be some. I hear there is going to be one in ID.
I would love to bring my front wheel up, but i can't do it on an ATV and ride it at all!!!

If you're used to dirt bikes ..... use the same technique ..... weight transference on the rebound. Goes up right off the throttle. You can feel her weight but she's perfectly balanced. At anything over 40 on the rough/undulating ground you have to throw your weight right forward or she monos all the way. It's far easier on this than the GS and that's not particularly difficult.

Good advice but I'll prob keep both wheels in the ground, well thats the plan anyway.

Yes, my intent is also to keep both rubbers on the ground at all times. I am really wanting to have protection in case of a tip over onto the radiator!!!! Crash bars....here crash bars!!!! I am looking for you!!!

Ha. Oh, you will see plenty around. Maybe even the same town! I decided to get an ST a while ago, but have been holding off on talking to the local dealers. No rush. But I am now getting ready to start (and actually just sent you an email about it). I saw that you ordered the Raven. I was on the fence with a light lean towards the blue, so maybe your raven order will push me all the way to the blue. I've been watching the accessory selection grow, so it will be interesting to see what is available by the time the U.S. bikes start coming in. I plan to start ordering accessories a month or so before the bikes start hitting the ground. I realize the later I put in my order, the later in the summer the order might come in, but no big deal.

By the way, MortiisMachine, nice pic.

I think there will be a few S10's out and about here in the States....just wait till they start rolling in! It would be nice to know what the sales rates are on them and if they are "on track" or above Yamaha's projections.

Sure you will Hipshot...I ordered my Blue beast only a week after you did ;)
Threw my info on the order status database a couple days ago.

After looking at the memberlist and member map on this site and including my buddy that ordered his the same day I did (He ordered a Raven)...I have a count of 5 so far in the Big Sky State 8)

Welcome to the site, VT,
Update your profile with your location so we know where you come from (approx. is fine) because right now, the map shows your pin in the Gulf of Guinea off the west coast of Africa. Ha. It's fun to look at the members map. It can be deceiving until one zooms in a bit, though, if two members live in the same area. When you look at the Helena area, you can't tell there are two of us here (Hipshot and myself) until you zoom in to around state level. Then one can tell there are two pins here.
