Hi Nelso. I would say that the first point is 'normal'. Someone else will chip in about the suspension. Mine is a 1st generation (non ES) so it might feel different. Enjoy!!

About 1.
How many miles?
If below 5000, people say it still could be because of not "broken in"

2. no idea, but could easily be the tire.

As Nikolajsen mentioned if below 5k miles, as for the bouncy front end, others with ES version have mentioned that the suspension runs soft, so increased the settings to rider+ luggage

::004:: Thing 1, yes, normal. That's why I NEVER use it; mine stays in "S". That being said, you're going to have to calibrate your hand(s) to deal with the instant on/off of "S". I like the instantaneous response; many don't. Thing 2, play with your suspension settings; it will take some experimentation to get the feel right for you. With it being an ES, it will be easy. Start with your rebound/dampening on soft, +/- 3, and stiffen it up as you ride. Preload is the only setting that you have to be stopped for. Remember, it's not a sport bike, the suspension will be softer for off road riding. (but you'll be able to keep up with sport bikes in the curves >:D ) ::26:: It probably is NOT the tire though. The A40 claims to have superior handling/stability. I'm getting ready to put a set on.

Serria1 has it spot on. In the first 3 gears T mode is in a defuel mode, it shows on dyno runs I have seen. I also run in S mode all the time, I really don't find it touchy though as everyone says. Maybe because my old 2014 Low Rider was so bad. The throttle on that at low speed was literally like and on off switch. I hated it. If you tried to take someone for a ride you would spend all your time hitting your helmets together. As for the second part my front end is still on stock settings, it doesn't bounce at all. That could be anything going on from suspension, to something like a wheel way out of balance or out of round.

Depends how heavy you are. I have a 2014 ES and way under sprung in the rear if you are tall or even medium build heavy.

Service your forks if you do not know if it has ever been done, in saying that it will always pogo a bit.
