Looking at above bike. Dealer says no heated grips. I thought on the ES model they were standard? Anyone?

I have never seen them. All controls from instrument and not obvious from grips themselves?Either the dealer didn't know that:
1) All ES models have them.
2) It's an ES model.
Or, it's not an ES model. Which means it's not a '23.
In '18 or '19 Yamaha discontinued the standard model and only the ES has been offered. The easiest way to tell the difference is the right-side panel that hides part of the electronic suspension. And may the "ES" that is on the front fender.I have never seen them. All controls from instrument and not obvious from grips themselves?
Thoughts on Oxford Heated Grips;Do the OEM heated grips work well? I have a non ES and was wondering if the cost is justified.(nearly $400 for the grips alone) Nice to see it on the display though.
Also, I am sure there is a thread on here detailing how to connect Oxford heated grips to work on the Yamaha wiring and screen menu. I’m sure someone will be along soon to either show the thread or to say that my memory is faulty!Thoughts on Oxford Heated Grips;
Or, maybe try typing, “Oxford Super Tenere 1200 heated grips” into your Google browser and that could bring you some good luck. Many of us have been using Oxford heated grips on our bikes with great success and happy “toastieness” for decades.
They are much cheaper than stock replacements.
The OEM heated grips work EXCELLENT, the aftermarket heated grips also work excellent for a lot less money ! As far as the OEM indicator on the dash that shows what level of heat is selected it’s nice but totally unnecessary, I would actually prefer a simple two or three position switch for the grip heaters. The main reason I choose ES was because it included heated grips, so far I prefer the ES suspension over the standard suspension it seems to ride a little smoother but I only weigh 195 pounds. If or when the rear Shock ever wears out my opinion might change because it might cost a fortune to repair or replace it.Do the OEM heated grips work well?
