2020 Super Tenere ES Torque Settings

It seems very difficult to find this information. I'm trying to remove my fork tubes intact and the lower pinch bolts
95024-08040-00
I have no idea what the torque should be. Also very difficult to find out specifications like what size head is it 10mm?

Where does one get all this info? I found a 2010 service manual, I can't even find this part under all the torque settings

There is no way those were on at 14 and 19 ftlbs. F'n hard to loosen, stripped 3 of them. Now i need to find new bolts
