Hi Guys,
Well its being a difficult decision to come to but I'm having to sell the Tenere.
I've had a new RH hip, and its getting no easier to get on, and off the bike, so I've being out and bought another Pan, which is lots easier for me to get off and on it all round.
The bike has loads of Yamaha genuine extras fitted to it.
Its condition is all but immaculate, it's never being used off road, at all.
Mileage is 6460. MOT until 2nd August 2022.
It's just had a service (early). There is also another air and oil filter, and 4 new spark plugs to go with the bike. Plus there's also a genuine factory workshop manual.
Extras fitted are as follows.
Pyramid hugger colour matched to the bikes paint code.
Rear Pyramid mudguard spray extension fitted, helps keep spray down on the back of bike. Also a front fender extension too.
Full set of 2 Pannier and 1 top box, Yamaha inner bags.
Private number plate .........12 TEN, I'm leaving it on the bike.
Sargent comfort HEATED seat, with handlebar temp control, set-up.
New Yuasa YTZ14 S battery fitted.
A pair of wing mirror extension spacer brackets, makes a huge difference.
Yamaha's own headlamp protector.
Very solid sump guard fitted, unsure of the exact make, think it Yamaha's own, but not 100% positive.
An Akrapovic tail pipe, made by Yamaha, sounds really good.
There's a Givi Tall screen fitted, plus a Givi 307 tank bag with the quick release ring fastened to the tank flange, also the Givi charging system wired direct into the bike, with a coiled lead leading into tank bag, with 3 outlets for phone etc, all with Din connections.
A Pair of 25 mm handle bar raisers.
A side stand big foot plate fitted.
A rear brake pedal extension plate fitted, no more missing the rear brake lever now.
A SAE lead for powering tyre pump etc, rated at 15 amps.
A Opitimate charge up lead also.
RH and LH winglets fitted.
Screen support arms, to stop the vibrations of the dash, they work great.
Piaa Yamaha genuine front driving lamps, plus a light bar, under the headlamp.
Yamaha's own set of crash bars fitted. Also several spacer blocks fastened to the crash bars.
As you will see from the pictures, it wants for nothing. It's just come back from a 1100 plus mile trip up to Scotland, and it's averaged over 53+,mpg.
It starts instantly, 1 touch of the button, every time.
I have all the original parts that I've replaced, seat, screen, exhaust, etc, etc.
If the asking price is given I'll include all the parts with the bike.
The bike is located near York, North Yorkshire.
The price is £7,200.
If you wanted a test ride the bike, you would need a current drivers licence, current insurance to show at least 3rd party cover, to ride another bike, to be legal.
Either a bank transfer made into my account, our cash deposited with me prior to a test ride. Sorry it has to be like this, but I'm sure you understand why.
I can be contacted on 07721 381264, or at steveplunton@yahoo.co.uk

He'll have to tell you the exact year, but, I can tell you it's a Gen II . . . . so '14 or newer. If y'all's colors matched ours, I could be more specific.

Hi Hairy Monster,

Its a 2014 year bike, I'd put it up in the title, but its well above the main detail page, sorry should have put it in the text also.

Sierra 1 is spot on its a Gen 2 bike, with all the bells and whistles, the electric suspension is fantastic.
