2012 Rear Shock Spring

I bought a 2012 used with 5000 miles on it. The previous owner made some suspension changes because he is very short. I'm wondering if he had the shock resprung. The spring on my blue S10 is yellow. Is yellow the color of the OEM shock on a 2012?

Yes the stock spring is yellow. Read the information on your spring to identify it.

I have a stock spring if anyone needs one. If not it will be come Wall Art.

Yes the stock spring is also red................ I would think any modification would have been lowering links, rather than shortened springs.

The Red spring was for the Black Tenere.

I have just bought a used 2013 S10 and the rear shock spring is purple...is that normal?
