Incredible. That's impressive mileage for any vehicle, let alone a 2-cyl motorcycle. Congratulations, I will never get that mileage . . . . on anything; don't have the patience.Today about 6 days before it's 11 years old.

Curious what the other three were?
Passed this mark in 2020 but can’t recall if I posted to this thread. It’s my 4th bike to reach the 100K mark

The side-scoops on my FJ1200 are factory, however they are modified. The slots for the side-protectors have been filled-in and smoothed. The '86-ish, read/white FJ has a whole new/different front end. I first noticed the different rotors, and then the updated forks. What was the donor bike? And are your side scoops OE?
STOP! I'm getting a funny feeling down there. That thing has got to be a monster. Any idea on the torque?. . . . It is currently an FJ1350, and makes around 150-hp to the rear wheel I believe.
Wonderful summary description!I've gone past 100,000 miles on 3 bikes now, the first two were both 2000 model XRV750 Africa Twins, the third was my 2015 Versys 1000.
The first XRV was mine from new and went to 130k before I bought a replacement 2000 model second hand which had only about 20k on the clock. I stripped off anything I thought would be useful as spares (bodywork, wheels, brakes, electrical items) and sold the 130k engine, frame headlights and forks to someone who did it up and put a younger engine in it.
The 2nd XRV went to 110,000 miles and then the generator went so I just put it in the corner of the garage in about 2006 and bought a stop gap Varadero. I sold the second XRV for £600 a few years ago just to make room in the garage.
I ran the Vardero from 20k to 85k and part exchanged it for a new 1000 Versys in 2015. I sold that to a friend in 2020 when it had 103,000 miles on the clock. It is currently up for sale at a dealer with 106,000 miles on the clock, my mate has just part exed it for a Triumph Tiger. The dealer has put it on youtube with all it's rusty glory. Link below. The dealer is wrong when he says I must have replaced the discs, they are original.
I enjoyed the Africa Twins 100k a little bit more because being an older generation of motorcycle they clocked back to zero miles each time which delighted the child in me. The Versys has an extra digit so just carried on upwardly, not half as satisfying.
Wha-a-a-at? 182,000 miles on one sprocket?!. . . . I never had to adjust the valves (checked a few times), had original clutch, fork seals and rear sprocket. . . .
Tenere or rear sprocket?Impressive! Mine is at 43k. I can't wait to get it that far.
ST10Tenere or rear sprocket?
Yes, rear sprocket was OEM original with 182,000 miles on it. Front sprockets went 30,000 miles. Always used OEM replacements. With a new chain, went about 10,000 miles then adjusted. Then chain would need adjusting again after 6,000-8,000 miles. I never adjusted 2nd time, I would replace it.Wha-a-a-at? 182,000 miles on one sprocket?!
Yeah, I didn't really think that I would use it much. I was so wrong, every time I ride.. . . . But I love that cruise control. It works so well.
