To those that think there is air in the system somewhere, that would make sense if the clutch worked poorly (continued to not disengage properly, etc.), but that's not the case.     There was a thread last year about this. My 2015 does it as well, I have to push out on the lever and pump it a few times to get full disengagement at first. After that it works fine. Anybody else out there with this problem? Based on the earlier thread, I'm not the only one...

    Fuel tank capacity

    Yeah, even when mine ran out (fortunately a short push) I was only able to put about 5.8 in. I usually run at around 80 (indicated) and get around 40mpg. I always fill on the centerstand, and always fill until the fuel stabilizes at the bottom of the filler neck. Mine's a 2015 std

    What you did to your Tenere today??!!

    Just added RS4, Yamaha tall windscreen. Not much extra sound, but enough. New windscreen seems better, But waiting on the two wind deflectors on backorder-grrrr

    Trip meters reset

    Thanks Checks, I got it figured ,though the link threw me off a bit as well as referring to the trip meter as the odo. I configured the display to have coolant temp, air temp and trip meter and that's when I realized how the reset works with your help, thanks again!

    Hey Tim, we've met at least once at a GCDSR ride. I remember when you bought your first Tenere, now you have another one? Wow, you must really like them. I too was looking at them back when you bought your first, finally able to afford one and couldn't be happier. I'm sure we'll meet up again...

    New owner in Ca.

    So, got about 200 mi. on my new 2015 super T and i'm loving it! Moved from a KLR and couldn't be happier! Looking forward to some long rides and maybe to meet up with some other super T owners along the way!
