My winglets are from 2012. Back then they used crush rubber nuts with metal screws. Even Yamaha went cheap on the winglets hardware as the Tenere came more popular.

I received my brackets today and installed them. Installation was super easy, I have the Winglet's on my bike. They were off my old tenere and modified the fronts of them to fit on the new bike. I also just used the original hardware that held the Winglet's on and seems to be fine. I still need...

I have the Winglet's on my bike with the rubber crouch nuts and think it would still work perfectly. I don't have a bad vibration it just bounces on bumps. I have puig windshield and my GPS mounted to the cross bar and it does bounce a bit like I said. I'd be interested in seeing how they work.

I made a plate big enough for a zumo and have room for a switch and eventually put in a USB plug also. I use bullet 1/2" hose clamps. Works great, very little vibration, and can still see turn indicators.

Your going to like it a hole lot. I just upgraded from on 2012 ST to a 2017 ST ES. What a difference in the ride. The ES is amazing.

I just picked up a 2017 ES. I haven't gotten my GPS mounted so I just want to see how much vibration there really is first.

I just checked my fork seals and the left fork is leaking oil. I had a puddle under my fork. I only have a little over 6k on the bike. I hope my YES warranty will cover it.
