I’m describing my speed/rpm where it would be when I would be downshifting to 1st gear but at the last second choosing not too and therefore next having to build the revs. When I go to build the revs the clutch slips instead of me accelerating smoothly or the engine lugging.

im not even sure I know how to adjust a hydraulic clutch lever. It has the reach dials on it, so I adjusted to the comfortable throw. Think those are factory. But would 7 years and mileage close to initial break in cause reason to need an adjustment?

hey actually this brings up a great point. The one singular thing I’ve found wrong with the bikeis that my air temp on the display is way off, 10-15 deg. I thought nothing more of it but you’re making me realize that’s likely a feedback loop for the engine? I might need to get that replaced.

So you can roll off at 1750 or 2k? Mine would totally stall. and I played in sport mode for a bit but found it too choppy. I couldn’t roll through a city intersection in traffic <10-15mph without risk of it jumping. really having trouble with it in general <15mph thanks for response!
