First i thought of buying a Ctec and have it plugged in all winter, but when i spoke with the previous owner he reminded me that be bought a lithium and that you cant hook thoose up.. So.. if I start it up i should preferebly ride it hot? But if I let it idle until the fan starts? (105 C)...

Well.. this summer we had some record heat here.. like 85 degrees.. couldnt ride, to hot for protection clothing.. and now.. Winter is coming.. :rolleyes:;)

I have the Pirelli Scorpion Trail ll on the bike i just bought, works well so far, tried both hard packed gravel and lotta asfalt!

Update! Got an answer from Ravetech: "No problem with the skid plate fitting the older Tenere and with regards to the Touratech crash bars they will share the same front mounting position but simply fit the skid plate mount under the Touratech mount." (I asked if they would fit my Gen 1)

Right now Im looking at the Ravetech model with the extra plate. I sent a message to Ravetech but I'll give it a go here aswell; Anyone know if the Ravetech plate + extra interferes (cant be mounted) if you have touratechs wannabecrashbars ;) fitted?
