Provided you have the right earbuds, it’s not. ( I’ve had great success with the old Er6i as well as the current mc-5 earbuds)They seat deep and stay in place. Normal earbuds are a major pita. I loop the wire and tuck it into the front of my coat or shirt so there is no flapping around.

I was able to test ride a 16 s10 ES. I was quite surprised at how it rode at 80 on the freeway. I was expecting my head to be bouncing around behind that tiny windshield. I did not feel any buffeting. However, I could tell that I was no longer on my RDL seat, but that's an easy fix

Part of the motivation from the Concours to the Triumph was a more comfortable seating position. Glad to hear that the s10 is comfortable for you as my knees are also getting older too and that is all part of my thought process.

You guys are killing me with how much you are blown away by this bike. I am growing more intrigued. I have been reading about the second generation improvements and would prefer to go that way if nothing more then factory cruise. Triumph ruined me on that. ;D

Wow...prefer the s10 over the concours? My bike before the Trophy was an 09 concours. Was a great bike. That is quite the compliment to the s10.
