In my work with kydex, I’ve found the best thing is to use a dremel with a cutting wheel to cut the shape and then the dremel with a sander (sanding drum) to smooth the edges. Cutting and snapping only works with straight lines.
I had some kydex laying around from when I was making knife sheaths. Should work fine. ProwlnS10, did you use a heat gun to mold them? Did you just use the brush guards themselves as a mold?
