I bought my '12 as a demo with 166 miles on it. I've had it over 3 years now and 16k miles (I split my motorcycling miles with an FJR) and it hasn't given me any hesitation about buying another demo bike. If Yamaha didn't make such good bikes, I might have considered things differently, however.
