Used to be just a farm, now sponsors visitors who buy things or has other entertainment value (petting zoo, rides, museum, etc.) If it's a farm with a parking lot and will take your money, it would qualify.
This one actually had a bunch of old carnival rides. One nearer to us has a big festival in the fall catering to kids.

We’ve got those here also. In town actually, before the electric starter is back position i am there. It is a good concept, people with a mental handicap are given a day-job there.

Pretty common in the DC region. Gives city folk the feeling they've gone way out into boonies.

The location in the background is Keys Stadium (aka NIMEO Field) and is the Minor Leagues feeder to the Baltimore Orioles. In addition to plaques about players who went on to the Orioles. . .
The sign is for Babe Ruth being the first pitcher to play when the Star Spangled Banner was played.
