That was my buddys Norge. I was following him thru the twistys and he slowed and was looking at his rear wheel. Funny how it penetrated.
I don't know . . . . still recognizable as a Cobra. . . . to me anyway. I always suspected that this version was the inspiration for the 240Z, and possible the Opel GT. I didn't find out/learn about the Cheetah until much later in life.

Was out riding today, and had to get into triple digit speed. I was surprised to notice that there was a slow, light wobble in the front end. I had my boxes mounted, and had a light tail wind. I've been at the same speed(s) with the Bridgestone A41s, with the boxes, without the wobble. I have about 700mi on the new Dunlop Streetsmarts. I like them better than the A41 so far, with this being the exception. I've been to higher speeds without the boxes, and they're stable as a rock. They appear to have a narrower profile, and that could be an explanation. Either or, it's just an example of how much a change in tires can influence a bike's personality.
