SAIL2XXS was a MAD MAN...... do you guys remember the story I told when he left his place, road down to my shop in Fort Worth, TX (basically straight through). Then we talked at my shop for a few hours, and offered up some Texas BBQ. We had a great time talking, and I thought we might go ride the next day, he said he thought he might ride up to Oklahoma City 'that night'. (keep in mind, it was probably midnight at this point and he just showed up to visit a few hours before) Two days later he called to let me know he was back at work and appreciated the hospitality. He informed me that when he left me at midnight, he road up to Oklahoma City, turned East and road all the way back to the East Coast straight through.
So he basically road from the East Coast to Texas, we hung out and then had dinner, then he turned around and road back to the East Coast all in about 50-60'ish hours. Dude is nuts......
He is really a super great guy and friend ! Miss talking to that guy, and seeing him pile on another 100K ++ miles..... Miss ya brotha !
Side note.... Another good friend of mine just turned 108K miles on his 2012 Super Tenere
