TheHelios,
If you don't mind, I just might borrow your idea and do the same on mine. That will fit my needs nicely and still be plenty versatile at the same time. Very nicely done ::008::
No problemo! Just a couple notes on this setup:

1. When Bernie says there's very little clearance toward the center, he really means it. The volt meter is in the center because it was considerably shorter than the other two accessories which were ~1.5/1.75 inches long while the VM was about ~.5 inch. Even then, it still hits frame. You can get it to fit but it's a reallll tight fit.
2. This was a life saver: http://www.harborfreight.com/305-piece-solderless-terminal-kit-67684.html
3. As Bernie mentioned above, 90 degree terminal connectors exist which is something I wish I had. Even though the cigarette and USB acc. were put off to the sides, they still hit against the headlamps when I used a normal, straight terminal connector so a lot of finesse in bending them was required.
4. I had a couple wire taps but holy cow do those things suck. Went to Auto Zone to see if they had PosiTaps but unfortunately no. I was really reluctant to cut unto the PIAA harness but eventually had to. Cut the positive wire from there and on one end twisted my accessory cable with the other end of the PIAA wire and connected them with a butt connector. Works like a charm but PosiTaps would have been much nicer.
5. I used LOTS of electrical tape and heat shrink to give it a non-"What idiot wired this?" look. Looks pretty legitimate to me.
6. Zip ties were used to keep the wiring as far away from the forks as possible. I'm still having trouble fully hiding the wiring under the infil panel. Kind of hard to hide 5 ft. of wire under such a small space
7. I'm a firm believer of relays after this project.

The PC 8 has a relay and will make this install a snap. Use the 90 degree connectors and build a self contained wiring harness wrapped in heat shrink tubing. Then secure everything with a couple of zip ties. It'll be a nice afternoon project once my dash arrives.

If the panels are still being made and sold - please let me know how to get a hold of one of these or even three (for a couple of friends overseas) ::015::
GREAT looking mods on the panel - where do I get the voltage gauge and USB plug ins as well as the three hole cluster bezel?

Well since this has turned into a thread more about the panels then the "for sale" part, I will post up my install pic too. I used Blue Sea (Carlisle) SPST marine switch with rubber boot to control lights and a Blue Sea SPDT to control high/low for future heated seat. I already had the left side Powerlet 2.0 USB plug installed and quickly learned of the limited dash mounting spots on the S10. With a little modification to allow the dash unit to fit around the USB, and installed the shelf under the nut that holds USB and threaded it tight- that it created an extremely solid mounting point. As you can see I buggered up the dash while drilling holes (looks much worse in pics)- I turned it upside down while drilling thinking I was preventing a mishap if the drill bit ran, instead the wood scratched the finish, I should have thought ahead and used protector between panel and wood while drilling holes- rookie mistake. oh well I expect much worse happening to the bike during my first off road trip this spring...

Still have some wire clean-up work and will probably finish off with trim treatment, but very happy with fit and function.

Even with the heated grip controller mounted I still have room left. Hmmm...

Wow, that's double the price for the same thing, compared to Aliexpress.
AliExpress is shipping from China so it will take a couple weeks for you to receive your goods. That's the cost of saving money. And if you need to do return shipping, good luck. This is why whenever I buy from AE, I plan on not returning anything so reading on each seller's reviews is very important. I've bought plenty of things from there and haven't been let down though.

The price of the convenience of buying from a supplier in Canada. Worth it to me but YMMV. ::26::

Received mine, painted it and realized it won't quite fit without re-arranging the ballasts for my hid lights.

I've got $35 into it plus the can of black paint. Will pass it on for $35 shipped conus.

I'll take it send me a. PM with payment info. I also still have a lot of rear spoke sets if you're in the market for any.

Guys I am still waiting on my Mechanist to complete my prototype of the dash infill.
He has to set up the program to laser cut it, that's costing me $85.00 but after it's set the price for a batch will be less for each piece.
What that price will be will be determined on quantity and they will be just bare aluminum with holes for mounting onto the side frame holes for your side deflector wings.
When i get more info on the dash I will update with a price, I will be selling them at cost and shipping charges.
Why?
Because I missed out on this screaming deal!! ;D

As for that power adapter I like it and found it on Ebay for a lot less..

Glad someone is running with this, since I missed out too. Will your piece be precut for the outlet you listed?

Have a few more available from this build. A few of these are spoken for but the rest are available. If some one wants one best to PM me and if I don't have any built at that point, they could get one in the next build. Fits 12-13 models.
