Anyone else notice the YES contract does not cover the final drive? I will get an actual quote up later when I am at a computer, not on my phone.

I haven't purchased mine yet (thought I would wait until the mad rush subsides), but interested to hear what exclusions might exist.

I don't know if this is for snow machine/watercraft only or if the "sprockets" covers the gear in the rear hub. Anyone know

That does sound like its more related to chain or belt drive powersports vehicles.

your shaft is covered that clause is to stop people trying to claim for worn out chains and sprockets or belts

some of you guys really need to go ride rather than looking for problems that dont exist

The solution is to not ride the bike for fear it'll break somehow, and sitting in your recliner is a good start on that!

If your drive chain breaks and damages the bike, it is not cover. Of course a non-issue for the ST10. ;D

My bike came with a drive shaft. No final drive chains, belts or sprockets on mine.

I don't understand the concern. I also have a BMW and it "officially" has no known final drive issues.

I will take my chances with Yamaha and just ride it. I expect my Y.E.S. Warranty will prove to be an unnecessary expense and have no claims

Yeah, after reading it again and typing it up I realized it doesn't say
