Yamaha topbox lock ?

I have a yamaha topbox which my ignition key obviously fits but does anyone know if say another tenere ignition key would fit ?

Reason I ask is I'm looking at buying a 660 tenere also and it has the same fitment for a Yamaha topbox.

No, it is keyed to your bike key. The other bike will be different so if you want to use the box on both bikes you'll have to take both keys with you unless by some strange quirk of fate the 660 is keyed exactly the same as the 1200 :-\

You can buy replacement locks from the dealer, and have them keyed to match the new bike.
My locks were not included with the bike when I bought it, so the dealer ordered a set and had them keyed by a local locksmith. I don't know the price on the locks, but was about $50 for the locksmith.
