Anyone had any trouble with ordering or receiving a manual from this website? Placed an order on the 1st....still has not shipped and no one seems to want to answer the phone.

Already got scammed by kcoop scooper so not feeling positive about using this website someone here recommended.

I saw a related post on the Facebook page and the link in that was not to the site found byh the link posted by Mad_Matt. The link mentioned in the Facebook page definitely looks like a scam (the term "Yamaha" was not part of the link) and you should check your credit card account and likely cancel whatever card you used. It's sad people do that and it is so prevalent on the two Super Tenere Facebook pages I follow.

When you click on Matt's link, it even says "don't settle for anything less". Sounds like this could be a common problem.
