WTT - black panniers for silver panniers

I have a set of black side panniers that are in great shape and would like to trade for a set of silver in close to the same condition.
I live in the Winston Salem, NC area and would drive to meet.

I'd do the trade also, but it would have to be all three and I'm not remotely within driving distance. (You probably know this, but you'd need to swap the lock cylinders which would make the exchange a little more complicated.)

Yeah, sorry guys... I don't have a topcase.
I use a dry bag that I strap to a Wolfman Luggage rear rack. It works out great.

I know we would have to swap out luggage lock sets.
That's why I'm hoping to find someone close so we could meet and swap them out.
