The casting porosity made me not want another OEM peg. There are cheaper options than PivotPegs for replacement.
In the meantime, you can move the rear peg forward. The outboard end will tilt downward and only be an interim fix, but will get you home.

Found it. Part number is 23P-27461-00-00. Check to see if that's what you want.
Cheapest price I found was $21.07 + $7.95 shipping. (partszilla)
USPS has flat rate box at $6.80

I'll send you the right footrest without the cover (rubber) shipped for $17.00

Add $5.00 if you want the cover
