Sorry, just realized I posted to the wrong section....

I'm looking for tail bag for my bike with the sizing capacity to hold a helmet. Not that I will use it to to store a helmet, but that gives the general size I'm looking for. It can be an expandable bag.... I basically want a "tank bag" for the tail/pillion seat where I can put larger items like water bottle, camera, etc... I already have a dry-bag for camping so nothing that big. I also want a pillion bag or one that fits on there my rack holds a rotopax tank..

BTW, I did use the search function first...

I am or was considering the Wolfman Wolf Tail Bag as I like to support local businesses. But the one thing is it uses "bungee" cords and even on their site, they recommend going with one with straps if you intend on "rough off-road" use. Funny thing is while they tell you, you may want to look at one with straps, they don't suggest an equivalent one on their site.

I'm not a big fan of bungees as years ago I had a tail bag that used bungees and was bungeed to the back of my bike. I went over a really bad stretch of pavement and it slid of the back and wedged itself between the tire and the inner fender well, nearly locking the rear tire and damaging the bag and some of the contents...

Moose Racing has a pillion tail pack, while it doesn't explicit state that it uses "straps" I get the impression it does. My only concern with that one is the sole review on Revzilla while giving it a 4 out of 5 stars, noted that one of the buckles broke.. Sure could be any number of reasons.. but it does, ever so mildly call into question durability...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey Bushy! Not sure if U noticed my wolfman bag.I also didn't dig the bungees so I used zip ties. It works like a charm. Zero movement. Plus the size is ideal for the ST especially the width.

Here is one that is nice.....She has the Motofizz, but a little ways down the page is a Wolfman Tail Bag. It is in like new condition. I wanted the Motofizz and we got our wires crossed and she sent the Wolfman. I just returned it to her so I can get the seat bag I need.
