I'll be traveling and the rack is set on the low position, won't be changing it any time soon.This makes the lower piece redundant. I figure somebody can use it, you just have to get a sheet of aluminum to make a top plate.
New the rack is $198, let's say 50% of that is the bottom piece, less 30% as a used part (but good as new) -$70 $50 + shipping? Only catch is I'm using the spacers and some of the screws that came with it, so you'll need to sort something out there. I'll have to check what I have, probably the screws at least.
