Yesterday, as I am killing a rainy day in a jury waiting room today. Lake Geneva WI.

Out for a little ride and stopped for gas. Lady in the store said that it was too hot to ride. After I got back on the road I checked my dash. Maybe she was right. After a more miles it hit 108 Yikes!
Last night there was the annual night-ride from our local MC. Usually very busy, but because of pouring rain for weeks now and the Dutch football team played there were only 15-ish bikes and 25-ish people 
. Wife on the back and we started around 9:30 PM. Finished the 165km route around 2 at night. Great route (that I usually ride again in the daytime later in the year) finished at a local pub where we enjoyed a hot soup which was very welcome, wife was stonecold. Blazed back home and enjoyed a Japanese whisky.

That great. My daughter had been riding with me here and there since she was old enough to reach the pegs. My father in law rides so my wife will ride with him and my daughter with me. We are starting to push her more that she’s 16 and doing longer day trips around 400 miles.
My wife won't ride so it's up to me to develop a riding partner in the grand kids. I taught her to ride a bike then motorcycle. Olivia will eventually get her motorcycle license then we have the world to see. Of course time may change all of these plans but I I have given her a good head start.
