where are my saddlebag lock and keys?

picked up my saddlebags (after re-ordering one that got mashed in transit), no locks included! seems like on my FJR they gave me locks for the saddlebags and topbox that matched the bike's ignition key. thought I'd ask you guys first about the procedure, cuz I bet when I call the dealer tomorrow they will be clueless.

I had three lock inserts in a plastic bag under my seat when I got my bike. They should have been there when your bike was uncrated, so if they're not there, someone at the dealer took them out.

The locks should be under the seat. Unless someone at the dealer removed them.
