What pannier size

I am looking at some GIVI side-cases for the ST. What size do you recommend? I have a 37L top box and do some road tripping and camping with the girlfriend for 2-4 days. Would you recommend the 37 or 48 liter side cases and why? Thanks for the help, new to the ST world and love it.

Your post is in the luggage section and there are numerous existing threads on this. I'll just point out that a 48L box is huge for the times you don't need so much volume. You can always lash dry bags on top of the panniers when extra volume is needed.

I'm glad I have the bigger bumots, but I would certainly like to pick up the smaller ones for everyday use. You will be tempted to fill up all the extra space if you have it.

I have 38L bags and haven't had any problems carrying everything I need. I went with the smaller ones because I ride single more than two up. Extended trips (usually a week long) with the wife I have a 40L roll bag that we use.
