Anyone else here.... ? I don't see any pins in the map... the first time I ever took mine onto the freeway I came up the ramp and found myself side-by-side with a blue S10. So I know you are out there.

I think yours is the only Utah handle I've come across. I've only seen one from Idaho too. You guys must be terribly busy out riding Gods Motorcycle Country and all that. ::001::

I am here and have been for a while, on the map too across the valley from you. There was another here some time ago but he bailed when the November delivery letter came out. Bought mine from Plaza, only one sold there. Heard South Valley had a few sold.

Well, it turns out the map is a little weird. Venture said he hopes the next board software update fixes it. I got mine at South Valley, but I've gotten a lot of gear and a trailer at Plaza. They were delivering two for dealer reps, but one of the reps was moving to Texas soon. I think they said they had delivered one other. Mine was on the floor unclaimed and I grabbed it. There was one unclaimed up at Full Throttle in Centerville when I got mine. There is a third Utahn on the map, bugsy, in Layton. Also EricV in St.George. You may have to refresh the map several times to see everyone.

Anyway, I figure there are 5-10 S10's in Utah.

I'm hoping my skid plate will ship shortly. If the weather holds out and the skid plate gets here, maybe we could get together for a ride the weekend of Oct 1.

May be able to get out but have a newborn and 2.5 yo that are keeping me from the bike. No external protection on the bike yet either. Let me know what you have in mind and we can find some time to get a ride in.

Ok, checking in. I'm in the St. George area, so waay south on I-15 in UT. 5k in the S10 as of today, but not enough dirt so far. I'm still hoping to score one of the South African crash bar/skid plate units. See the thread on that if you're interested. Looks like maybe one of our guys will be flying to London in October and can bring a few back, after they've been shipped to London from SA, of course.

I'm gone this weekend to Gerlach, NV, so not able to meet anyone in Torrey. Was in Taos last weekend, working up North to Colo. Springs, ride Pikes Peak, then back to Utah, Momument Valley and on to home. Didn't suck. ;D

Sounds like you are getting in some good rides. Have been to many of those places on past bikes and no the rides did not suck except for my last trip to Torrey which was likely the only week in months that they had a week of downpours.

I'm a Utard. Been hanging more on the ADVrider site.
Bought mine from South Valley. Plaza raped me on my first FJR.
Rape me once shame on you, rape me twice..... They don't get my buisness anymore.
Shame, I worked there for 8 years as a young'un.

Anyway, I really am enjoying the S10. Very versitile.

(Blush) Yes. I was curious what it would do with the TCS off.

What happens if you try that maneuver with the TCS on? Does the wheel even get a chance to come off the ground?

Not for me. The defualt 1 setting just stops the party before it starts.
The #2 setting is better. Lets you play around coming out of dirt corners.
The TCS light will flash, but it still will spin some before getting bossy.

With it off? Better be paying attention. :)

Well, obviously from that pic it has no personality.
