Transmission whining noise

Has anyone noticed a low whining noise when the bike is decelerating. It seems to be very noticeable when the bike is fully warmed up. It does happen in every gear while decelerating, so I don't know if its a problem or not. I've never heard it this loud in any of my other bikes.

Yamaha is known for using straight cut gears in their transmissions and they are know for causing a whine sound. I have not noticed on my Tenere or FJR but did when I had a Royal Star Venture.
By the way the straight cut gears are very durable so worry less and ride more
