Just came accross this interesting video and wondered how many riders are using these types of products.
They don't appear foolproof but, may save some aggravation.

Not in my tires. A moto friend of mine that owns a tire shop wouldn't recommend them either. That being said, I'd rather have a slow leak than a sudden loss in pressure. In order to monitor the pressure constantly, I use a Doran tire system and have had 3 alerts to a puncture before going flat, fixed with a worm and made it home for a better repair.

The Ride On stuff is amazing. It doesn't fill up the whole wheel like slime does making a mess when you have to change wheels. The Rideon stuff sticks to the tire and seals everything if you get a nail or whatever.
To install, remove valve stem, squeeze in recommended amount, install stem, fill with proper air, then go ride a few miles to evenly distribute.

I've used Ride On for years in both my Stroms. Only picked up a nail once. When I pulled it out I got a face full of Ride On and a flat tire. To be completely fair, the bike had been sitting a week and I only found it because the air pressure was low when I rolled the bike out that day. A warm tire may or may not have made a difference.

I still have several bottles left from the last case I bought. After my nail experience I have not felt compelled to add it to the S10. I probably will add it again when I change tires. I doubt I'll buy more.
