hi has anyone had this problem,i bought the bike about 5 months ago it had 8000 miles on it when i bought it and is a 2010 bike, when i got it i checked the air filter and plugs they where fine so i thought while i was at it i would do the throttle mod.so i ajusted the co and backed of the right hand side ajuster 3/4 of a turn out from fully in and balanced the left hand body to suit.all good, spot of car paint on the ajuster screw heads and build up and ride.anyway 5 months after i order a k+n filter and some new plugs so i fitt them and decide the check the throttle bodys which are slightly out ,so on ajustment find the the ajuster screws are seized solid i can not move them, both are as if they are welded, tryed al sorts and they are not moving.anyone got any idears.both screws are pretty chewed up know.i dont mind taking the bodys of but i cant see that making much difference.the only thing i can think of which has made this happen is the blob of paint i put on top of the ajusters.but i have always done this on carbs and never had any problems.can anyone help please cheers tony.

On my 14 I went to do the sync and the right screw was extremely hard to turn. Bike had a few thousand miles on it. Seemed like it had corroded slightly. My 12 had no problems like that.
