Me too! Ruptured plantar plate in my left foot. Should be relatively quick rehab!

Ummm....I fear it may not be as quick as you hope. That structure takes a lot of stress when you walk and ligaments suck at healing (ever hear the phrase I would rather break my ankle than sprain it?)

Not trying to get you down, but quick is not a word I would use when talking about rehabing part of the plantar sling...especially when considering you want to get back on your motorcycle...where you are either riding with all the pressure on your arch (where this structure is located) or on the balls of your feet (tightening the plantar sling).
