OK I'm selling my 900. I've got my Tenere and I've got a nice little trail bike for my commute to work two mornings a week. The poor old TDM is spending all its time forlornly sat at the side of the garage. I keep telling myself that it will become a collector's item (and they may well do) but life is short and I need to move on

The bike has 39000ish miles on it and is in very good condition. It's been used but has definitely not been abused. To demonstrate that it is still on the original chain and sprockets, a high capacity scottoiler has been fitted since new!.
It has been regularly serviced by me with the exception of the 25000 valve check service which I had carried out by my local dealer. The previous MOT mentioned an advisory on the condition of the rear disc which I have replaced and it flew through this year's MOT
The original colour is blue but the tank developed a tiny tiny pin prick hole in the top surface. So I sourced and fitted a second hand tank in yellow and seeing as this is hidden under the baglux tank cover (included in sale) you don't notice it. I'm sure the original tank could be easily sealed with a tank sealer but because I had the opportunity to replace it, I did. The original tank will be included in the sale.
The tyres are in excellent condition and the rear is almost new. A second hand rear will be also be supplied with the bike.
The bike has a top box attached for commuting duties.
It is taxed and tested until next March.

£2100 ovno

Over the years I have collected various bits and bobs that I will in the first instance offer to the purchaser at the prices outlined below. If I get no interest by the end of November I will ebay them.

These are
a full genuine yamaha luggage system - 2 side cases with mounting rack, - £150
a brand new seat (nb pre ABS model) still in the yamaha box it was delivered in, - £100
a pair of oe silencers with ever so slight damage, - £25

There might be other stuff tucked in the garage rafters that I can't remember.

I have been a member of the Carpe TDM forum almost from its inception and would hope that the other members would agree that I am a straight and honest chap and that you can be confident in dealing with me.

If you are interested PM me and we can discuss and I can send any photos you require

nearly forgot to add that a swap with cash either way for interesting bike might be considered
