Tale of three Teneres

A few weeks ago my Buddy and I rode out to the squares from FLL. We played around on Sable and others then headed south to Janes Scenic. Crusin' happily along dodging the holes we see lights heading our way. Hang on says I, those lights look like my lights. Pulled over to wait and chat and two ST's pull up, one black and one blue. Remy and Rob with a friend and his Wife. They were on a GS and a Strom. What are the odds three ST's meet up in the Everglades. Still waiting for Remy to post pics. I have some Video but I have to figure out how to Edit and post.
What say we try and arrange a meet with more ST's sometime soon? ::015::

Three of us just meet in Ocala for a long weekend. We had a great time! But yea, lets do it, just give me enough heads up and I'll hit the road for a long weekend. ::022::

Three more of us spend all of lastg week riding the mountians of NC. Two of us from FL. I think a FL get together would be great.

I was just in Janes and the Fakahatchee late last December. Neat place what I saw, except I noted you needed to be out by dusk, and I got in there kind of late so I didn't get to do the whole thing. I'd have taken a chance, but I was already carrying a warning at that point from the Big Cypress Rangers for speeding on Loop Road earlier in the day.

As for a Florida rally, I'm locked up until after July with Texas>NC>Yukon trips. But these things start with a place and a date. On the place, we just spent three days on a slab ride around Central Florida, but know of and saw a lot of interesting dirt roads. The thing about CF is you're going to run into a lot of sand which could make for tough days on battlewings and tourances. Definitely doable though if we stay well in the "center" of CF. Anyway, toss out time frames and places ya'll think might work and we'll see what sticks.

Sounds good. I was hoping to make the Get Together in Ocala but work got in the way. Agree on the sand. My dirt experience is minimal so still practicing.
The squares are an interesting place. Like to explore more. We left FLL early am last time and hit the slab to come in at the top end and worked our way back south down Janes. Seems like a good plan which gives us plenty of time to play in the squares. If it gets too late (having too much fun) have the option to slab it back. Next time my Buddy and I plan to head out I will post and set a meet up spot and time for whoever wants to show up. Bringing lunch next time. ::26::
