This will be the first time my wife goes motorcycling camping and we will be leaving Seattle heading down 101 through the redwoods. I hope she is comfortable on the back seat.

Key phrase to remember. "Gee Honey, none of the other wives complain?!?"

She sould love it mate,

my wife has travelled many 1000’s of Kilometres on the back of most of my bikes and she finds the S10 one of the most comfortable. We tend to motel it rather than camping these days.

Your bride is a special lady anyway John. If she ain't on the bike, she'll chase you down in the Jeep.

In this month's Motorcycle Consumer News (July 2014), the back page column, 'Contact Patch' by Fred Rau, closes with the quote -
"It takes more love to share a saddle than to share a bed."

We like this whole backcountry camping thing, and the Super Ténéré is the perfect bike to do it with.
