Super Tenere up at Americade?

Americade is going on up in lake george right now. There are many demo trucks there including Yamaha's

I was wondering if anyone could confirm if they do indeed have a Super Tenere in the collection

My dealer told me last week that the bike would be there.

My dealer told me it would also be there for test rides. I am going up Friday to look at it and try to get a test ride.

yup one was there....

I did not think I would get up to Lake George, I was supposed to be in Ct on business for 2 days but customer cancelled.
I headed north in the Sonata "TURBO" to Lake George late Weds nite. Got up early and got to sit on / start up / rock side-to-side on the bike I ordered site unseen.....
kicking myself for not having gear in the trunk.....who keeps an extra helmet and riding gear in their cage? missed out on a test ride.

I know I made a good choice.

I got to ride it today and everything I read about it is exactly true. It is smooth, very comfortable and I like it. It will make a fine replacement for my FJR. Windshield had buffeting, but Wasp fixed that issue for us. I may changed the handlebars to KTM's with rox risers since that is the bend I am used to. Touring mode is smooth in traffic, sport mode is more responsive. In tc1 it would not wheelie up under throttle, but accelerated nice. I am very pleased with this purchase, but plan to keep my 950sm for houliganism.
