Is it this one? http://www.twistedthrottle.com/sw-motech-steel-toprack-yamaha-xt1200z-super-tenere-11

Sorry, your pics aren't showing on my end. I know the link says 'steel', but it's the only rack I found on the TT site.
No, they started selling this aluminum version then started selling that steel version...

The aluminum one has the cut outs so you can put an adapter plate for other types of luggage, the steel one has holes drilled so you can just add the parts to fit other luggage, some found the steel one without the adapter place meant the top box was lower and would interfere with side-bags opening.

I attached pics.

Yes sir, the S10 went to the new owner last week, he's just a few miles away in ft worth and knows about the site, he's very happy and I feel it was a fair deal on both ends of the transaction.

The S10 is a great bike and it was tough to see it go but it came down to a financial decision and the S10 had to go.. maybe later next year after things change I'll look at another dual sport or just stick with Sport Touring as I was one of those posers that never got their bike dirty.. ::013::

Re: SW Motech Alu Rack

I wonder how that would fit behind the Touratech rack.

Re: SW Motech Alu Rack

I got mine from Greg the Pole with an idea that the versatility would pay off and boy did it ever. I have adapters for various Givi, H-B, Shad boxes I have and I even got the "tray" platform for soft bags. I have some of those top cases set up for various tasks with foam inserts I made for all the junk needed for that particular task. It sure is nice just leaving that stuff in the box and changing the adapter in about 10 seconds. If anyone is considering the Alumarack, it gets a big ::008:: from me. I have no idea what the folks at T T are thinking by not offering it.

Disclaimer.... I don't know him, I'm not getting a piece of the action, no affiliation, yadda yadda yadda... I'm just a happy user. :)

Re: SW Motech Alu Rack

Will a Givi Monokey Topcase mount right up to it or will I need an adapter plate?

Re: *** SOLD *** SW Motech Alu Rack

Hey Mello

I am confused. Title says sold. If available, I have an SW motech adapter for my Gobi topbox. I need to find out if it will work with your AluRac. If it does, I am interested
