Hi All,
I just bought a new to me 2017 Super Tenere that came with new uninstalled crash protection combo from Outback Motortek. I don't know how long it had been kicking around the PO garage. The skid plate has one tiny knick in center front (zoom in on last photo, otherwise all parts are flawless. I opened the right side crash bar and fitted it up and started to get the skid plate ready to fit, but I decided it is just WAY more than I need and so I don't really want to add the weight. This skid plate is beyond burly! I don't have any real off-road ambitions on this bike, so a gravel guard is about all I need. I thought about just mounting the crash bars, but the skid plate can't be used without them, so I am just selling the whole package. The left side bar has never been out of the factory wraps. I have wrapped the right side back up in factory wraps. I have all the hardware it came with, and based on a cursory inventory, it looks like nothing is missing. Set is normally $700 new, plus some shipping. I'd be happy to get $400+plus shipping. I plugged in dimensions of 27x20x11 and weight of 30 punds to UPS and got an estimate from Salt Lake City to Florida for ground shipping that was about $100 (edited shipping estimate info as of 1/30/24--Box dimensions slightly larger than I estimated originally). Based on that, I think it should be able to go anywhere in US/Canada for about $100 or less. If you can find cheaper shipping, I will send it however you want. In-person pick up in SLC is great too! I'll take PayPal or Venmo.

If I lived in the states I'd be interested but to send to the UK I guess it would be too much.
Looks like I could probably ship it all to UK via USPS for about $200---FYI. I'd need to confirm that if you were interested. Still probably saves $150 compared to buying new.

It's been a month and no takers, so I am gonna throw these on eBay. Listing price is a bit higher to cover the fees, but discounted shipping through eBay may make it a wash for buyer.

Dang, if I didnt already have an Alterider setup, I would be all over this.
Likewise, the first owner of my 2013 already had it set up with Altrider or I'd be a buyer. And I have kin in the SLC area I'll be visiting early summer so I wouldn't even have had to ship. GLWS.
