Seven-Eleven Ride May 11th, 2012

Charity ride to generate funds for the American Diabetes Association. 700 miles in 11 hours on a dedicated route starting in Salt Lake City, UT and ending in Minden, NV. 7 am start, must be done by 5 pm. The Big Money Rally is doing this, which also co-incides with the end of the BMR and the banquet on the 12th the following day of the ride.

Sounds like great fun to me. Tune up your riding focus for the season. Great prep ride for anyone thinking of doing a BBG this year too. Same pace, but just a day ride and some good fun afterwards too. I bet there are some fun surprises at the checkpoints as well.

That looks like fun! I always ride from home to Torrey, UT for my annual trip there in the fall. Huh, 700 miles door to door! I always leave early and am there for dinner after a nice shower and clean up.

This might be fun!!
