I'm selling my Russell because is not the perfect fit for me. I bought the seat used and the previous owner was larger than me.
I weight 195 and find the wings to be too stiff. My guess is this seat will fit someone 225+. I recently used it on a 4200 mile trip to Colorado. Even though it was not built for me, it was a great improvement over the stock seat. I will replace it with one that is built for my weight.

The seat is in very good condition. There is only one tiny scuff in the leather. See the photos for details. There is a little residual glue on the fabric that can be seen at the right angle. I didn't even notice until I took the photos. This glue is from anti-skid stickers I put on for the trip because my MSR textile pants where too slippery. I'm confident this little bit of glue will come off.

$300 includes shipping. Thanks! Jason

More to the point, Russell has a "heavy" duty option for anyone over 230 lbs. In fact, it you fit in this category, I understand Bill Mayer will recommend an RDL for this reason. From Russell's website:

In most cases adequate outer buttock support is provided in the standard system for the driver and proper combination of foam densities for the passenger. But for drivers weighing 230 lbs or more and passengers weighing 150lbs or more, the Heavy Duty Suspension is required for adequate support. $45.00 per saddle.
