ride out to old idria mine road

might take the Tenere over to new idria mine / mercy hot springs area one day next week. anyone interested? day and route TBD... here's a link. could be a couple different starting points

Did that ride on my S-10 a few weeks ago. The road out to New Idria is in good shape, but be advised that the road over the mountain to Clear Creek is a little rough. Better tires than what comes stock would have helped. If you go out Panoche Rd. instead of out by Mercy Hot Springs, be careful of the slippery water crossing.
