Rear brake disk/rotor - compatibility

My rear brake disk is ready to renew so I've been searching for a replacement. The choice appears a bit limited in the UK, but I did find a galfer. When I extended my search for the Galfer I found a site that said the XT1200 disk would also fit an FJR1300. Searching for rear disks for an FJR1300 gave me many more options and prices.
My question, anybody have first hand experience of rear brake disk compatibility across the models ?

I found this website on line, and I can't vouch for its accuracy, but it may help. You can research the part number you're looking for, and then the website will tell you how many other bikes in that line use that same part. It seems pretty useful; I was surprised by how many of Yamaha's models used the same rear brakes pads as the S10....
