Ram ball mount for phone?

I pulled this ram ball mount off my Connie before trading it in on the Super Ténéré. Can anyone suggest a good way to mount this to the S10 handlebar? Is there a particular mounting bracket that works well? Thanks.

Hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like you have several ways of mounting it. What works best? Thanks.

The hand tight ones are the most versatile. Can be changed on the fly, Mount my GoPro in some creative places. The cross bar one is my least favorite phone and gps shake too much.

So if I wanted to mount a "hand tight" one to my handlebar, I would just need to determine the ball size I need and order one of these BRCOVAN mounts? Do I have that right? Seems simple enough.

I got mine from Amazon. Used the garmin / ram site to determine the correct size.
